Recorded November 17th, 2010, using Jessiah's classical, Jessiah's mouth-organ, and Jordan's organ.
Field recording taken some time in August, in Huntsville, Ontario. The Metro grocery store has a machine on its roof that simulates the sound of a hawk or falcon or something, in order to scare real birds away and keep them from nesting on the roof... I tried to record it but mostly you can just hear crickets and the dictation machine's internal mechanisms.
lyrics
i no longer sit and wonder
i no longer sit and cry
i no longer need a father
i no longer wonder why
i no longer miss the water
i no longer watch the sky
i just don't know why you'd bother
i just cannot rationalize
we waited for a sign
we waited for a sign
something to change our minds
we waited for a sign
now who's the bigger fool:
we who sit and drool
and wait for god to bring us food
or scavengers like you?
i couldn't answer that
with the logic that i had
so i just had to shrug it off
and blame the god of love
and wait for a sign
i waited for a sign
something to change my mind
i waited for a sign
we waited for a sign
and we were cursed from the start
to having a heart
and not just a head

This album is one of my favorite albums because of how raw and pure it sounds. The true emotion that comes from Jay's performance is more than believable and it's what helps Crywank stick as a proper musical icon. 10/10 would recommend to everyone if they were more than willing to give it a try. saintjimmy57
